libdballef4 software package provides DB-ALL.e Fortran shared library for weather research, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdballef4
libdballef4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdballef4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdballef4 *
You will get with libdballef4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
